All materials, articles, market prices, charts, news feeds, sentiment metrics, quantitative outputs, and generative AI content available through VestWealthy are published exclusively for educational, news reporting, and informational purposes. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

1.2 No registration

VestWealthy, Inc. is not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial analyst with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), or any federal, state, or foreign regulatory authority.

Nothing displayed or generated on the platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, derivative, option, or financial instrument, nor does it constitute an offer to engage in any specific investment strategy. 2. High-Risk Asset & Investment Disclosures

2.1 Risk of financial loss

Trading equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies, options, and other derivative instruments carries inherent high risks, including the potential loss of the entire invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should not invest or risk funds that you cannot afford to lose entirely.

2.2 Options and derivatives warning

Data screens showing unusual options activity, flow metrics, or positioning represent historical, third-party market actions only. Options trading involves extreme financial risk, leverage, and time decay; positions may expire worthless or result in substantial losses exceeding the initial outlay. Margin requirements may be increased by a broker at any time without notice, and the value of a position can move sharply and against you with no floor on the resulting loss.

2.3 No suitability determination

The platform does not evaluate your financial condition, risk tolerance, investment horizon, or personal investment needs. All investment decisions are made solely and independently by you. You are strongly advised to consult with a licensed investment advisor, CPA, or legal professional prior to making any financial decisions.

3. Computed Metrics, Scores, and Quantitative Outputs

3.1 Mechanical and algorithmic nature

Computed metrics — including regime scores, outlook projections, confidence levels, model allocations, and sentiment ratings — are automated, algorithmic calculations derived from third-party data feeds using pre-defined parameters.

3.2 Not predictive tools

Quantitative scores, confidence indicators, or model allocations are not guarantees of profit, probabilities of accuracy, or future market forecasts. Past quantitative performance or backtested metrics do not guarantee future market results. A confidence figure measures the strength and consistency of the inputs behind a view; it is not a probability of being correct and is not a position size.

3.3 Analyst targets & sentiment data

Third-party analyst price targets, ratings, and sentiment aggregations reflect external market opinions. Sentiment metrics measure user activity across external social platforms and do not verify truthfulness, market accuracy, or asset valuation.

3.4 Missing values

Unavailable or failed third-party data inputs are displayed as “n/a” or “unrated” and should not be inferred as zero or as a neutral indicator.

3.5 Retirement planning outputs

The retirement planning band on the home page is educational. Its 401(k), IRA, catch-up contribution, required minimum distribution and Medicare figures are arithmetic applied to the contribution limits and premium tables published by the IRS, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Social Security Administration for a single tax year, which is stated on the panel. They do not account for your plan terms, your employer, your filing history, your health or your individual circumstances, and they do not constitute tax, legal or investment advice, nor a substitute for consultation with a licensed tax professional. Those limits change annually; confirm the applicable tax year before relying on any figure.

Calculators on this site execute in your browser and no information you enter is transmitted to us or stored. No salary, balance, age or modified adjusted gross income entered into a calculator reaches VestWealthy’s servers, and none of it is retained. The only outbound request a user can initiate within that band is a request for fund ticker symbols, transmitted when the user elects to view a fund’s publicly published holdings.

The withdrawal-rate and fee-drag figures are anchored to a stated assumed real return. That is a modeling assumption rather than a measurement, and it is identified as such wherever it appears. No projection on this site constitutes a forecast of your outcome, and none accounts for taxes you may owe, inflation you may experience, or the sequence of returns you may actually receive — the last of which is the single largest determinant of whether a retirement plan succeeds, and the factor a deterministic calculation cannot present.

4. Generative AI Tools (“Ask VestWealthy AI”)

4.1 Automated LLM processing

The “Ask VestWealthy AI” chat assistant uses third-party Large Language Models (“LLM”) and third-party routing infrastructure. AI-generated responses are generated dynamically without prior human oversight, editing, or verification. The model is selected at request time from a pool of third-party providers, so the same question may be answered by a different model on a different occasion.

4.2 AI hallucinations and inaccuracies

AI systems are inherently prone to generating inaccurate, incomplete, out-of-date, or completely fabricated statements (“hallucinations”). AI outputs must never be relied upon as factual financial reporting or investment guidance. An AI answer that appears to recommend buying, selling, holding, or avoiding anything is a defect rather than advice.

4.3 Third-party data processing

Prompts submitted to the AI assistant, along with temporary context data, are processed via third-party infrastructure providers and model developers. DO NOT SUBMIT CONFIDENTIAL PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION (PII), BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS, FINANCIAL POSITIONS, OR CREDENTIALS INTO THE AI PANEL. Section 2.3 of the Privacy Policy describes the transmission in full.

5. Third-Party Data Integrity, Delays, and Feeds

5.1 No guarantee of data accuracy

Market data, price quotes, options chains, and news content are sourced from third-party vendor APIs. VestWealthy does not independently audit or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or sequencing of any external feed.

5.2 Latency and feed discrepancies

Market data displays may be delayed, intermittent, or inaccurate due to vendor technical failures, network latency, or market connectivity issues. Discrepancies may exist between different data modules across the platform; where the site knows a source is stale it labels it, rather than serving an old value as though it were current. The providers currently in use are listed on the Data Sources page.

6. Third-Party Advertising & External Links

6.1 Advertising independence

Advertisements displayed on the platform (including Google AdSense) are automatically served by third parties. Advertising placement is entirely unlinked from editorial decisions, algorithm calculations, or model outputs. VestWealthy does not accept compensation to feature specific securities or financial products. Google’s use of advertising cookies is described under Google’s advertising policies.

6.2 External content

Hyperlinks to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. VestWealthy does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or accuracy of third-party websites.

7. Community Content

The Community Hub contains posts written by independent users alongside aggregated third-party discussion. None of it has been reviewed, endorsed, or moderated by VestWealthy. A post is the opinion of the person who wrote it, may be wrong, misleading, promotional, or deliberately dishonest, and may discuss a security in a way that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. You are strictly liable for any text, links, or media you post, and you warrant that you own or possess the legal rights to distribute it and that it does not violate third-party intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or securities regulations.

8. Governance and Document Precedence

This Disclaimer supplements the VestWealthy Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a summary version of this disclaimer (for example, footer notes or AI panel notices) and this full document or the Terms and Conditions, the full text of the Terms and Conditions and this Legal Statement shall strictly prevail.
